Hi Kareem, I agree wit Zaid - you need to tick the 'Price Including VAT' box on the sales order. Then use the normal field (not the new one you've opened) to put the price in. The caption of this field will be changed to say it's inclusive with tax. System will work out tax and net amount backwards. It is normal behavior in retail environment. The tick box you've found on the Item card (Price Including VAT) is used when setting up pricelists, but if you type in the price manually on the sales order, it doesn't have any effect. Hope that helps. Robertas

Forum Post: Is Partial Reservation Possible?
Is it possible to reserve part of the inventory for an item to part-ship to a customer? Let's say I want to reserve only 1 of the parts from the order below and not the full 2 as I want to use the remaining inventory for other customers. When going into the sales order and then through Lines->Functions->Reserve, I can only reserve the full quantity. The quantity to reserve box doesn't allow the figure to be edited. Thanks John

May be you have to split line into 2 in sales line for this

Forum Post: RE: Share a table with other company in NAV 2017
I have seen a couple of projects where Customer table was shared and it worked ok. Though it's never a straight-forward decision, as you impose some certain limitations for companies (for example, forcing to have the same or no default Location Code, Salesperson Code, Discount Groups, Shipment Method and Shipping Time etc.). Also think about related data, for example Customer Ship-to Addresses or Dimensions. If you work out all of that, technically making Customer table shared shouldn't be a problem. Robertas

Forum Post: RE: Is Partial Reservation Possible?
Hi John, there is a way, even though might seem a bit confusing at first. When reserving item, click to 'Reserve From Current Line'. System does reserve the full quantity. Then from the same page click 'Reservation Entries' - system opens reservation details - and amend 'Quantity (Base)' to the quantity you actually want to reserve. Click OK and you're there. Hope that helps. Robertas

Blog Post: Microsoft Commercial and Enterprise CVP to analysts: Aggressive cloud investment can co-exist with customers' hybrid, on-prem interests
Perhaps Microsoft's cloud-first strategy seems to some like a runaway train, leaving partners and slower-moving customers on the platforms with their "baggage" of on-premise products and expertise. Or, perhaps that's not the full story. Microsoft's appearance at last week's Credit Suisse 21st Annual Technology, Media & Telecom Conference reveals more forethought and learning than that. There, the company's CVP & CFO for Commercial and Enterprise Dave O'Hara, whose territory includes Office, Dynamics, AI, and Research, answered questions by Credit Suisse Analyst Michael Nemeroff. As O'Hara observed many times in the interview, he offers a CFO's perspective; he is not one of Microsoft's frequent keynote speakers like Judson Althoff, Ja... read more

Try with removing all flowfield fields from list page. After getting success just keep required flowfield fields.

Forum Post: RE: VAT Statement in different currency
The solution was to create a new table saving all original amounts from the original posting, and to display the VAT statement in that currency.

Forum Post: RE: Item Table takes forever to load in NAV 2013
The reason could be because of the flowfields and any other calculated fields you have added to the item list page. Try to remove the flowfields or for testing purpose try importing the standard Item List Page and see if that improves the performance or still having same issue.

Try to install the IIS Features using Windows Features On and Off and then restart the Computer and try to Install it again. The error could be because of the missing components for Web Client. www.howtogeek.com/.../how-to-install-iis-8-on-windows-8
