This is an annoyance in RTC, wondering if anyone has a suggestion/solution. From any List Page, if you filter on a record, access Links, close Links, then change you’re filter, you’ll witness the message; “The requested record cannot be located.”
It’s re-creatable in Cronus USA, Inc. as follows;
From the Customers list page (22);
Set a filter on customer No. 10000
Access Links (Ctrl+L)
Close Links
Change the filter to customer No. 20000
You’ll witness the message . . . “The requested record cannot be located”
It appears to be the same for other lists . . . again . . . this is more of an irritation than anything.
